Neil Milne

 

Neil started his first roofing company nearly 54 years ago with his two brothers. He built that successful company until he sold it and started Neil Milne Roofing with his two oldest boys and later joined by his daughter. Neil plays a major role in the company’s accounting in addition to the everyday measuring, bidding, and shingling of roofs.

Devin Milne

 

Devin is a graduate of Utah Valley University with a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. He is also a licensed general contractor. When Devin is confronted with a difficult project, he relies on his 15+ years of experience in construction to work out the logistics and make sure every client is satisfied with the outcome.

Shawn Milne

 

Shawn is a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in Accounting. As a partner he heads the administration, accounting, and scheduling for the business. While he enjoys these aspect of the business, he also has a passion for the everyday measuring, bidding, and shingling of homes. Shawn makes it a point to use his life experiences and communication skills to assist clients promptly and efficiently in their needs. He loves being faced with projects — applying his expertise & ideas to them, and seeing the excitement of satisfied customers.

Aubrey Milne

 

Aubrey is a graduate of the University of Sioux Falls where she majored in Psychology, Sociology, & Social Science. She then continued her education at the University of Cincinnati where she earned a Master of Science in Criminal Justice. Aubrey oversees the scheduling and acts as the liaison between the roofing company and the materials supplier, ensuring error- free delivery of the materials. She also plays a major role in the everyday measuring, bidding, and shingling of homes.

Shawn Milne was were very responsive (lots of texting which I loved) with the most thorough and affordable quote of all the ones we received. They were on time, and worked hard to remove two layers of shingles, replacing them with a beautiful new roof, complete with repairs and updated flashing set-ups. Wow! I am blown away by the speed and attention to detail that my crew had while doing a reroof on my home. They were able to remove the existing shingles, add new ice and water shield, and re-shingle the entire thing in less than 5 hours. Not only were they quick, they had great attention to detail. Shawn notice that the carbon-monoxide exhaust for our furnace was not sealed, and that the gas had been leaking into our attic and slowly seeping out of the house, rather than being directed out above the roof. He made sure to seal it for us, both inside and out. They really do care about doing what is right for the customer!
