Before considering a layover our experienced technicians will come out and assess your roof for certain concerns that might be better addressed with a complete tear off. Some of these issues include: weak plywood, water damage, improper bottom edges, excessive missing or curling shingles, etc. 

In the process of a layover, the original roof remains, but we still remove and replace all vents, pipe flashings, flu flashings, and inspect wall/chimney flashings as necessary. This ensures that the roof will last for the guaranteed lifetime warranty.
